For our latest Q and A, we have Max Chiossi. Although Max is more of a rock player and teacher, I wanted him on the blog because of his focused approach to practising, his interest in the psychology of learning, and his insights on how to use your practice time more effectively.
This Q and A is one of the most exciting I have done yet. It features Jamie Andreas, who is easily one of the best guitar tutors I have ever come across.
She is one of my favourite guitar tutors out there as she doesn’t bombard people with content and lessons but is absolutely determined to get her students playing with proper technique right from the get-go – saving them years of frustrations that many guitar students suffer.

Billy Watman is a wonderful 15 year-old guitarist from London here in the UK. I first discovered him a couple of months ago watching Guitar Star on the Sky Arts channel.
I was instantly wowed by Billy’s skill and the obvious amount of passion and dedication that came through in his playing. You could see right away that this chap is going to be a star, and a star I wanted to interview for this month’s Q and A.
For this month’s Q and A, we have Chicago guitar teacher and performer Eric Justen.
Eric has some real pearls of wisdom to share and some very unique takes on learning and teaching guitar which makes this month’s Q and A really interesting (and not to mention useful) reading.
