Over the decades of rock’n’roll history there have many supergroups to be spawned from the fractured remains of many great bands. Often hugely anticipated and featuring legends of the time, many of these so-called ‘supergroups’ failed to deliver, but there were some who actually rose above the bland, ‘let’s do it for one more world tour’ attitude of some of these artists and created some music that was actually worth listening to.
