Here is another weekly 10-second tip.
Record yourself playing regularly.
There are two good reasons for recording yourself on a frequent basis.
These are so:
#1 – You can spot the good stuff and the mistakes that need fixing in your playing.
#2 – You can look back at the videos and see your progress over the months and years.
Try it.
Get your phone, video camera or laptop and set it up so you can quickly record yourself playing.
Even just a small variety of pieces played and recorded for 10 minutes or so per week, on a set day, is super useful.
