Welcome to this little Halloween Spooktacular of four fun classic Halloween riffs for the guitar. If you want to learn some scary (tongue in cheek!) Halloween guitar riffs, this is the place to be. Each one features a different and very useful technique that will help improve your guitar playing – especially if you are a beginner.

Once you can play these riffs and songs all at full speed with good technique you will have developed some very good guitar skills.

The four riffs are:

  • The Adams Family Theme
  • The Ghostbusters Theme
  • Monster Mash
  • The Exorcist Theme

Keep coming back to these fun Halloween guitar riffs, learn them, and perfect them over time.

Many YouTube teachers are frustrating in that they claim everything to be easy. These are simple riffs BUT that doesn’t mean they are easy or you can learn them right away – particularly if you are a beginner.

Not a lot is really truly easy on the guitar, especially for beginners and those learning on their own or later on in life. That is why you must take your time with the things you learn including these riffs.

Maybe next year, I’ll do some riffs such as “Walk This Way” by “Scaerosmith” or “Witch Side Are You On” by “Pete Seeger”. Mwuhahaha.

Leave a comment, let me know what you think of this video (and give me your best Halloween guitar pun!).

Happy Halloween!
